emusonacid! legacy

Hi guys I was reading a Q&A on Dogs on Acid and one of them there was mention that on emu samples you should check out the lfo phase start point and EQ responce curve. Just wondering if anyone could give me any practical advice for using these? Or for that matter where they are :) (think i know where the lfo phase point is. But havnt been on the emu in a while going to fire it up tomorrow.
