Here is a solution that requires the following things:
1. A SCSI-HD with a size of 700MB or greater as a target drive for files in EOS-format.
2. A HD data-header with EOSFAT, making EOS believe that the HD has a size of 700MB (= 716.800 KB).
3. A SCSI-card in your PC and cables to connect the HD to the E4 and the PC simultanous.
4. The program "Disk2File" e.g. v1.31 (search the web) for copying the data-header to the HD and copying the 700MB-image file in EOSFAT to the PC as an ISO.
5. A program to burn CDs, especially that can read .ISO-files. E.g.: NERO

Procedure:
1. Unzip the attached file "Header - 144 sectors.zip" to your PC-drive.
(Although the header-file is sufficient, you can also use the attached "EOS CD-ROM.ZIP" to get a complete clean 700MB-image.)
2. Write this header-file of 144 sectors via Disk2File to your SCSI-HD. They will be written to sectors 0-143.
3. Re-mount the HDs with EOS. -> The target SCSI-HD will be shown as a HD with a capacity of 700MB.
4. Backup your banks to this SCSI-HD. EOS will display an error if the capacity of 700MB is reached. Of course, you can put less files on it.
5. Read 1433600 sectors (from 0 to 1433599) via Disk2File from the SCSI-HD and let Disk2File save it to a file named e.g. "EOS.iso"
6. Burn "EOS.iso" to a CD-R. You can do this at a later time also but don't forget to give the backed up files reasonable names.
7. GOTO Step 2 and repeat the whole procedure until all files are backed up. Do not use "format" of EOS, else EOS will see the HD with its original size and not as a HD of 700MB.

These CD-Rs can be read by EOS via SCSI-CD-Rom drive.
