does anyone know if the emu classic can take 32mb roms for the proteous or planetphatt ? I think they can but it I can't find any confirmations on the net , i don't want to get one then fuck up my emu ,

One word answer.. Nope...
I don't have it in elcetronic format but the manual on ROM burning will explain why not. There is also a difference between the ROMs for the ultras and the ROMs for the Classic.
Of course EMU has no classic ROMs left so you're SOL, unless you find a secondhand one somewhere like Ebay..
