E4x flash rom chips?

Hello, does anyone know where i can get a 2meg flash rom chip for my E4x? it only has a 1meg chip at the moment ,this means i can only use up to EOS.3 & EOS.3 can only support up to a 9gig 50 pin scsi HD these are now hard to come by now.EOS 4 & up supports up a 18gig HD these are still available, so it's kinda of a catch 22,if anyone can help it would mucho appreciated thanks ,wandangdo.
