Exporting Sequence Problem

This may be a question more for a cubase bb, not sure. When I export 8 trk sequence made on my E4XT Ultra to floppy then import into Cubase SX3 I only get the first three trk's. I've tried disolving parts and also different settings in Cubase import options. Not sure if it's Emu or Cubase doing this :grumble: Any help would be appreciated.
