I like to copy a hd to another hd in another Emu.

Might be elementary..

There is a backup utility within the E-mu Ultra units (not sure about non-ultra units) that may be useful to you. You can use the backup option do do a bulk copy of banks from one HD to another. If you only have an internal IDE HD in each E-mu I would think that you would need a SCSI HD in between to use as a temporary medium. If the receiving E-mu has a SCSI HD then you may be able to get away without using a SCSI drive in between the two E-mu's. Using Translator may be another option you could use as well. It all depends on how your SCSI setup is configured in order to determine what the best method would be. Can you provide more details?
