I have two of these for sale and two 6867 8 output expansions.

The rams can be burned in the ultra units and can custom create your own rams. They are very handy. I can sell them for $250 each. They go for over $300 and I have sold them for close to $400. The 6867's I am selling for $125 each. Will work out a deal if buy both items or all items. Shipping is additional.
