Hey Everyone, I recently bought a dead E6400 Classic for peanuts. The guy I bought it from said the problem was the power supply and was kind enough to include a replacement in the unit. The only problem is that the replacement is a for an Ultra not a Classic and the connector to the motherboard is different. The classic has a 12 hole connection and the Ultra a 6 hole connector. I think the solution is to get the six hole connector from an electronix store and rewire the existing 12 to the 6. Has anyone done this? Any advice would be good.
