Strange, because I got mine from this web site. It's here:
http://www.ezman.ukfsn.org/downloads.htm
Download the zipped file, unzip it, make sure you have a DOS-formatted floppy and follow the instructions. It worked for me, although I had to use my Win98SE machine as XP wouldn't do it. Then insert your floppy into the sampler's drive, switch it on, say Yes/OK to everything and you're done.
