Check if the FLASH-SIMM is properly seated in the socket:
- Open your E4X, remove the CPU-Flash and re-insert it into the socket.
Can you make a (macro) photo of your mainboard like in http://www.emusonacid.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3322 ?
... especially from the area right of the voice-board...

Power up your E4X and check if the problem persits.
If yes:
- Download EOS410CL.EXE, create a new EOS-update floppy disc and re-install EOS.
- If an update is not possible because the procedure fails for any reason, you have to contact EMU-support.

Thanks

I opened my sampler and replaced the flash simm I cleaned the socket but nothing. I already tried to re-install EOS with 4.10 and others but nothing.
I have some photos but don't know how to upload to the forum (but i'll try). Do i have to change my flash rom?

When creating a posting or a reply to a posting, you have a area below the text-field with two tabs: "Options" and "Upload attachment"
After selecting "Upload attachment" you see buttons for browsing your harddisc and "Add the file". You can add a comment/description for this file.
After uploading a file a new button appears to embedd the file/picture if necessary by pressing the button "place inline".
That's it.

There might be a problem with the power supply.
I assume that if it cannot provide the right voltages anymore, this might lead to instability of the system.
Try lowering the load of the power supply by...
- disconnecting the internal hard drive from the power supply
- disconnecting the Analog Output Expander (Model 6313) from the expansion bus & from the voice expansion board (or remove the cables from the AO Expander)
- remove one or maybe both RAM modules

Check if EOS will boot without them.

Well, thanks. So:
I don't have any hard drive.
And it's the same problem when I do what you told me. So i think that i must buy another flash card...
