isn't the domain supposed to expire soon? just curious if ezman is has ownership or if it has passed to someone else..

i'd also like to propose we set up a new category for bank/sample sharing. ehastings did this in the past with his 'psyworks' page but i don't think it is up anymore. i had uploaded a lot of banks there. i know some people were concerned about the legality of sharing samples/banks so maybe it would be worthwhile to have that discussion again. personally i don't see any harm as 1. 99% of these are not sold any more, and 2. we're not selling them just trading/sharing.

i'm sure we all have bits and pieces of amazing banks/sounds. i've collected some interesting stuff over the years myself. i'd be great to combine our resources so we can all have access to this stuff!

I can't open a new category, but you could post your "own" presets in the sample upload thread in the Lab section.

Could you elaborate?

a month or two ago emusonacid went down and i recall seeing msrob post on DOA about it. he mentioned something about the lease on the domain expiring soon.. or i could be mistaken?

quick update: domain has been renewed. someone has offered to fix sign-up issues and generally improve the running of the site...
