Now added a link at the top right corner for uploads - so if you upload a file, point people to the 'uploads section'!

Been some problems recently with the upload section - they've been disappearing :sad: should be fixed now though :slayer: I've reuploaded what I could, anything else could users please reupload? Sorry dudes!
