What is the difference between ProteusX LE and Proteus VX?

Not dived deep into it, but Proteus VX is the free give-away that they want you make appetite for the bigger one, which I guess means only Emulator X then these days, at least Emulator X is the one left under software there. It just allows basic editing - my guess would be that they let you edit envelopes like VCA/VCF for example, synthesizer-functions are left out. Cannot load sounds AFAIK, acts as a rompler.

Proteus LE as the name indicates is the one that usually comes bundled with some (E-mu) hardware, also has some limitations,
just did a quick recherche. On this one you can edit your stuff like in the full version, but can only handle a certain amount of
sounds at once, it can only load E-mu sounds I understood. That's what I found out quick.
