Default chord set up

Postby Mafic.. » Wed Sep 13, 2006 6:05 am

Just wondering if there is a way of changing the default chord menu set up, so that when you initially go into it is how you want. Mine boots up with a whole pile of stuff that I don't need/use.
I don't mean having a saved preset on hard drive with chords sorted, i mean on the initial boot up.

Never thought about that... I actually don't think there is a way unfortunately.

I believe that was pretty high up on the list of "the 50 most wanted things in EOS".

I guess you could create your default cord setups as a blank preset and save it as part of a bank, then set the EMU to autoload that bank on startup. This would enable you to have several templates at the ready.

Sweet cheers for the replies.
I take it the auto load setting is in the main menu somewhere.

yup just save an empty preset with the cord settings you like, you could even be psychotic and setup different cords for every key and then load that preset everytime.....
