It might be inside the samples itself if you can hear it when you only press one key, then you might be able to remove it using a high-pass filter. But, you will most likely get it when you press down two keys. Some drawbar settings will not create it, because some harmonics do not create subtones, because they is part of the natural harmonics of the main pitch. So, if you combine the main pitch with for example a fourth or a fifth above you will not get subtones. If you try with a third you will get one. If you are using any other waves than pure sine, or effects like for example a leslie-simulator you might get them anyhow.
This has to do with what waves can exist on the same main frequency without disturbing it. I find it quite hard to explain, especially in English, so you might be better of checking out wikipedia than trying to understand me.
