(I mean under reverse loop taht in the loops end point the playback wont jump back in to the start loop point. It going back reverse...)

Not possible, was only available on the original EIII (not XP /XS !) sampler, called forward/backward loop.

You could truncate it, reverse it and re-insert it in the original sample. Or do this in a wave editor on your PC/Mac and re-export the file.
