E4XT ULTRA FX RAM GONE BAD :(

hi,

I encountered some output trouble and I narrowed the problem down to the effects section of my sampler (it's a unit without the rfx32 card!).
Running some diagnostic test I got this feedback from the unit: "Effects memory gone bad "
Can anybody help me solve this issue I'm having? Where is that RAM located? And what can I do?
