I have had a re-occurring (bandaid fixable) hanging mid boot issue with my emu e6400 ultra sampler and it seems to have something to do with the punched wires on that large red connector that connect the PS to the main board. (Its not related to the PS its the same with the new one or old one) If the emu hangs mid boot if I open the unit up and gently push down on the wires on the top of the big red connector the until works again. (The fix doesn't last)
I am looking for a more permanent fix, I read somewhere direct connected the wires to the pins just wondering if anyone has had any luck with or any tips for getting those wires to maintain a more stable connection.
