Midi Setup with multiple hardware synths

Hello,

I've been having trouble setting up my midi controller keyboard (Casio cz1) with the emu e6400 ultra to sequence my other hardware rack synths. I am able to record sequences with the Casio but no midi data is sending to the rack synths for some reason. Is there a setting that I need to change?
