Hi all,
I just registered today so please go easy on me!
I recently got my esynth back out, basically to practice some piano during lockdown. (10 years since last use)
Model number : 6903.
I won't boot up properly, I am guessing from the internal stock flash?
I have an EOS floppy disk, with 3.20a on it. I've tried inserting said disk in floppy drive and switching on, to update the flash, but it gives an error "error reading from floppy sector 51".
I have 2 other backup floppies, with 3.20a and 4.10. Neither seem to work.
Without a floppy inserted on start, I get....EMU BOOT VERSION 2.0A.... trying to very the checksum and fails...
I don't have anything else to test with etc, but if someone wouldn't mind giving me any basic tips on this it'd be very much appreciated.
Which EOS is best? How can I get the flash updated if none of the floppies work etc?
Thanks in advance,
Andrew
