SCSI SMDI e6400 ultra config

My configuration : Emu e6400 ultra eos (4.02) with ide drive and scsi.
My pc : z600 hp with adaptec 29160 (x64 scsi card but x32 drivers on x32 pci port), i can edit scsi parameters on the bios.
I have some trouble with the scsi paramaters : termination, and all the others paramters.

I have already succeeded in this operation with an akai S1000 this summer, super fast workflow result.

If you have any tips to set the sampler and the scsi card that would be great !
I also plan to update os and later/put an scsi2sd card = but this not a great solution for editing slices and breaks.
It's much faster to edit breaks and slice in Recycle and send data to the sampler than making .wav(for scsi2sd) slices i think...
