Emu ultra e4xt

I have just brought a non booting e4xt ultra.

I have unplugged everything that is not required. Hard drive aes card etc.

I have checked the PSU under load and get 5v 12v etc all perfect but when booting after the initial checksum screen all I get is e4 on the left and pixels.

I guess its the bpot ROM but before spending £80 on a new one I would like to test further. Does anyone have a service manual for the ultras at all?

Any advice would be appreciated. I have no way to test my current ROM.
