Locating 2MB Flash RAM SIMM upgrades?

I'm looking for a 2MB Flash RAM SIMM upgrade for an E4x Classic. I've checked EPR Electronics, and they only sell a Flash RAM upgrade with EOS 4.7 installed which wouldn't work in my E4x Classic series, also eBay seems devoid of any listing. Is there someplace that sells 2MB Flash RAM SIMM upgrades with EOS 4.62 Classic installed? Thanks!
