transfer sample library disk images to Emu hard drive

Hi Gang, I have a bunch of Emu and Akai sample disk images (bin and cue for each),
and I want to put them on the ide drive I'm about to put in my E6400 Ultra (EOS 4.7).
Would some kind soul please give me rundown on how to do this?

connect yr new HD to yr PC and format as FAT

install powerISO or daemon tools on yr PC
mount each bin in a virtual drive

browse CD, copy CD content to yr HD, preferably in an organised folder structure

unmount image and repeat

although AKAI sample CD's can only be read/imported from a CD - i think
