Getting 2MB Flash (CPU?) memory these days

Hi,

I have searched through the forum and on Ebay for an upgrade to 2MB of memory for my newly obtained e6400.  I am stuck on EOS 3.0b because I see only 1MB of CPU memory in the information page on the LED screen.  I saw references elsewhere on this site about a person in Germany making some.

His links appear to be defunct.  Are there any other resources the collective here could point me to?
