I just bought an esi4000 and would probably like to upgrade soon, so how much is the turbo upgrade usually? I can't find any on ebay at the moment.

You probably should have waited to get one with the turbo card already, the card will probably cost you more than the sampler. Better still would have been to just pick up an E4 series sampler.
