emusonacid! legacy

I have just got a 6400 classic with no hard drice or cd, I do have a emu sound sample cd and I want to load some of the sounds as eos banks into the 6400 via a floppy untill I get a cd ron drive.
Translator reads the emu cd and I made a virtual drive and copied some sound sprint into it, but when I click on the files I only get the option of emu logging which just crashed translator, please how do I get the sound spints onto a floppy.
