Wow, they must have gotten some new tech support people... They're known as being some of the worst pricks in the industry (right up there with MOTU). Good to hear you had a nice experience w/ 'em. I haven't tried getting support for my sampler yet but I have an Ensoniq FIZMO and when I've tried in the past to get help they've given me a cold shoulder and worse. Perhaps it's time to try again!
