Postby MFPhouse » Mon Dec 03, 2007 7:43 pm

...just saw in my new WebHostingPaket that a have a view Domains for Free. So you know, got me thinking...and just made this www.emu-sampler.de.

I just put there a Foto of my two Old Emu?s , because didn?t know really yet what to put there. Anyl information about Emu are already out there in the Internet.

Anybody Ideas?

Anyway ...just work also today again with the RFX32 Card, Great Tool Every,
and fast!
Just made this Peace "Zeitlos". It?s Only one Emu with three Sounds and the RFX Card. I Love this Sound! .
Perhaps it?s good for Backround Music of the Emu-Sampler page....?.

Michael

PS: I made also www.metasynth.de

nice photo and nice ultras.

Some ideas;

put your own music made by the ultras on there and invite other Ultra songsmiths to post theirs with the simple rule that it must be made with an Ultra.

make some instructional videos on how to do some things, for example explaining the routing of the RFX.

Develop some of your own soundsets and post them on the site. One project could be to create a bank of basic waveforms to Emulate Analog synths. (you could give it a techie name like EA (instead of VA).

Create a collaboration area where Ultra users can trade the banks and midi songs. Users could then remix or completely refactor each others work.

or just do anything to create a sense of community. Thats what makes forums successful.

Use a framework or something so people can either post, or write up.. Maybe wiki or anything.

It would be cool to also be able to share patches. i can dump out stuff i make as .e4b and upload it.

Could you maybe let us know which patches you used?
I found some of them very inspiring (should spend more time with my EMU!)

Yes i know...i feel not good with this.
I tryed already to find a good JavaSript . I found this here..but i didn?t get them realy work/ embeded in the Html code.

It?s only one Player with a Matrix above. Don?t know :(
I work on it.

It would be easier to simplify your page design. You could offer a menu of links to seperate pages for each of the filter types and then only have 3 embedded players on each page.

Cheers,

Yes , i think i make Seven Pages. Like the 7 Filter Types.
I can put also more Audio Examples there.
I found some more WebSpace , so , it?s no Problem to work with bigger mp3 files. Maybe some short intro , about the Filter ( like now) , and 2-3 simple Peaces ( 2-3 ) min.

I found also a possible to embedded the Audio via Flash Player .

What do you prefer ? QT Embedded like now or Flashplayer ?What do you mean?

So, there are some work for making little Peaces .
If anybody interested, do not hesiate to make one / or two. ;)

Anyway , would be great if anybody make something. We talking about 20-30 little 2-3 Minutes peaces .:slayer:

1.LowPass Filter
2.HighPass Filter
3.BandPass Filter
4.Sweep Eq Filter
5.Fhaser/Flanger Filter
6.Vocal Filter
7. Eq/ Morph Filter

I think i have roundabout 500 Mb for MP3 Files.

Michael

PS: Sure , i make also credits and Links about the Art Work

I think that the flash player route is a bit more elegant.

There are quite a few free 'mp3 player' actionscripts available and the newer flash editors seem more geared up to this sort of thing.
