Well, it looks like I have an older unit, so I thought I'd replace the psu (since I intend to eventually get the rs-32). I received the new one from powdec a couple of days ago, and someone had told me that this was an easy replacement. However, I'm not good at t his kind of thing, and I appear to be in over my head. I have the top off, but I don't see how to remove the metal cover to the psu. I took a couple of screws out, and one end seems to disengage, but it's still stuck in there. Plus, I'm not even sure I can get the i/o switch back on...
If there is anyone who might be able to walk me through this (I AM pretty dense when it comes to this kind of hardware thing) I'd really appreciate it.
You can email me at implode7@comcast.net if you'd like.
Thanks,
Gene
