Maximum hard drive size?

I'm wondering if there is a limitation on the size of a hard drive I can put into my E5000 Ultra? I thought it was limited to 10gb, which is what I have. What is the largest hard drive I can use in my sampler? Is there something I should know if I do install a larger drive?
