I think you have downloaded what you are looking for, but maybe got what you were not expecting.
You did download the file named
EOSv3b.zip , right?
unzip this to a folder on your desktop. You should have 3 files:
SDISK.EXE
SDISK.OUT
SDISK.DOC
my guess is you took one look at
SDISK.DOC and thought, 'eh?'
do not fear...
run
SDISK.EXE (ignore the Roland stuff!). Make sure you have a blank floppy in drive A then hit
W. this will then create your special EMU boot-floppy. Don't worry that Windows can't read the floppy, as it's in a special 'raw' format. Turn off your EMU. pop this new floppy in the drive, and watch the magic commence!
