emusonacid! legacy

having problems saving to my internal HD it worked a couple of times but mostly it says 'Disk Changed During Operation' or somethin like that....i ve formatted in LOW LEVEL and since then i cant even create a folder on it and when i run normal format i get 'FORMAT ERROR'

i notcied i havnt got the JUMPER on my the INTERNAL SCSI TERMINATION...so was wondering if it should be there?

any advive or ideas?
