power supply please

So I got an E4X Turbo a while ago and it died. I've been tinkering around with it, switching cables and basic troubleshooting, but I've noticed some rust or maybe even burn marks under the power supply cover. Does anybody know where I can get a new power supply. I will not pay EMU to fix something so simple.
