i also have an E64 and i spent a loooooot of time to find Eos 3.0 ( the e64 has only 1 meg of flash Ram so it's the latest one you can have ) .Anyways i eventually found it so here we go :
### first and that's really important !!! save your current eos on a floppy ( disk / utils / copysys ) , if something goes wrong you can revert !
2/ format a floppy disk in your pc ( if you're running windows Xp format with the " create a start up disk " option , if it's 98 create an msdos floppy ) then delete the created files
3/ download the eos 3.0 zip ( in the upload section of this site )
4/ run the sdisk .exe then press enter ( with the floppy in your pc )
5/ turn on the sampler with this floppy

It worked for me , but if you encount problems , drop me a line
