Do the E Synth rom(s) work in a Proteus 2000

Postby grenham » Thu Oct 16, 2008 4:05 pm

Having just got a Proteus 2000, I'd like to know if I can put my E Synth Phatt rom in the Proteus.
The Proteus Phatt rom core samples and presets are quite different.
Are they interchangeable ?

Hi,

I guess you can access the Esynth samples with a P1000, but I doubt
that program presets can be read.

So, would it just be a case of copying the Esynth preset parameters etc, over to the Proteus ?
Then it should work ?

Well, to answer my question ..... It doesn't work - I tried it in different slots but it's not even seen by the Proteus.
Seems odd though, as a previous thread says it does work !
