emusonacid! legacy

My E6400 ultra had its second outburst recently and i was working at a relatively loud level because i was mixing. Needless to say it scared the shit out of me and hurt like hell , but it got me thinking.......
With the way health & safety is these days im surprised that it has not forced E-MU to sort out the bugs in EOS/RFX. I already have tinnitus from to many years speaker hugging @ raves but for someone who doesn't this could certainly cause it and you know what they say "where there's blame there's a claim"
Just a thought

Be careful, with EOS 4.7 you should use the very last E-MU presets (Rob Papen etc...)
You should not use bus 6-12-GFX2
Don't mix old presets with RFX based preset.
Don't try to use RFX and Legacy FX together.
