If you have a web image you want to add to your posts just right click on the web image and view properties
Highlight the address url (make sure you have the whole address by dragging your mouse down till the whole thing is highlighted)
Right click on the highlighted address and copy it
paste it into the text box
Make sure the pasted address is highlighted in the text box, then look above the text box were you will find a button labelled "Img" click it
Preview to test it is OK
and all being well you should be........................
By the way I have just added my avatar to my posts (see below) hope you like it.
You can do this in a similar way to the above method in your profile page and this is always added automatically to your posts.
