safety scanning

Postby johan » Thu Apr 01, 2004 1:33 pm

A bit of an 'unusual' question;

I am trying to transport my EMU sampler from Brussels to London by using Eurostar (to avoid "the treatment" of airports).
I was wondering if the "safety scanning" could damage my sampler in any way ?

All the best.... Johan

I doubt it very much , maybe the hard drive is the only thing to worry about if it has one, just incase it goes through any magnetic fields. other than that that you should be fine

I found a post on usenet HERE about people worrying about powerbooks - The first reply seems negative but the rest seem to say it's OK. I didn't read it all but there might be some useful stuff there.
