SCSI Harddrive, mounted in computer... size limit?

Postby suspekt » Fri Apr 30, 2004 7:20 pm

So i know that under particular EOS versions that there is a limit of 18GB or so for an internal hard drive, but is there any limits on an external drive, mounted in a computer?

I don't think there is but i just want to make sure before i buy a 50GB SCSI hard drive so my computer can dump stuff to the sampler via SCSI.

Thanks.

sorry dude, but i'm pretty damn sure it applies to any drive. Only eos 4.7 will 'see' over 18gb....but you can still use a 50gb drive it just won't see it all
