Hi all,

My emulator X seems to install fine but all I get from the start menu is the demo file and a list of the sound banks which also seem to have no file associations to emualtor X. Im on XP SP2, have all the latest drivers installed apart from the Emulator X which says that Emulator X is not installed. Also when I try to re-install, the install sheild removes what it thinks is an installed Emulator X! When I run installation again it installs but with the same problems. This has happened on both an old installation of XP and a brand new one so not OS (totally clean XP SP2 with all updates). Patch Mix DSP works fine. The I have a feeling that I may not have been shipped all the correct disks, I have:

X Producer CD
Studio Grand (disks 1 and 2)

but then I have 2 x Beat shop One CD's.

EMU had got the disks in my emulator x studio box wrong. New ones on way :)

Yep, all soundbanks and no program.

Ask them to send you a 'freebie' on top.
