Can't wait to start sending samples back in forth with ease on my apple dual 2.5 G5 with 2 gigs of ram and making fat basslines for breakbeats in Logic Audio 7!

Really cant wait! right now in the breakbeat world, most basslines are made with virtual samplers. The tracks are still dope but I hope to use my emu ultra 5000 to make full and fat sounding basslines!

I'm a little green on ZeoOS but I'm tryin the demo. I thought it was more an editor for the Emu. Can it send and recieve samples as well?

Yes, it builds banks from samples on your hard drive and sends them to the Emu by SCSI (you need a SCSI card). It's a great tool.

yes! its supposted to be great from what i read on their site.


you can type in your samples name with your keyboard--no more broken keys on emu problem--and typing is obviously quicker!lol

and you can get into all the emus functions with ease and windows.

i dont think its an easy task for 1 man.

SCSI isn't necessary. The minimum requirement is MIDI.

As a paying Zuonics customer, I just want to point out an outstanding FREEWARE, cross-platform fs1r synth editor I use. It's a good example of what one can do if one is motivated.

The site is Japanese. The grammar in the editor is as good as any Roland, or Yamaha app.

That is frightenly correct :)

More specifically, there are no major grammar mistakes in the editor(not very surprising given most of the text in the editor is rarely more than two words per parameter. ). It is, in fact, the fs1r editor of choice in the fs1r community.

I too use K. Take's FS1R editor and have been using it since his beta version. It's a really good FS1R editor and it's totally free.

I'd be interested in ZoeOS but really, the price is a lil steep (especially since you will be soon able to buy the new Emulator X2 for about the same price)
