Postby The Chosen 1 » Sun Apr 23, 2006 3:23 am

Now that got ya lookin tho
no i'm asking any1 with programming skills to bugfix 4.7
e-mu won't mind you doing their work 4 them and would easily o.k. stuff which they never tidied and dont support any more.
If renegade programmers are out there show your kung-fu skills.
you never know creative/e-mu might give you a job
worth a try asking some ppl here might have programmer friends who'd love the challenge too!!
or better still have the skills themselves.
imagine if this went crazy like dudes creating new rfx plug-ins,breaksplice groove section. ahh man underground movement soldiers take arms. :slayer: :slayer:

i'm not saying its all yes,but i'm certainly think theres a possiblity more than others due to conversation and experience.

MMM why not ?! But don't you know programming for EOS is very complex ?
It is a self OS, moreover the programmers of the RFX-32 seem to be selfish: why do i think that ?? NO MIDI compatibility for ZOEOS man ! Zuonics people are very well-placed to tell you RFX programmers won't admit that they programmed it with bugs: specially concerning the compatibility with the BUS ROUTING in EOS 4.7 and the so called "revolutionnary" plug-ins.
WORK with mono samples OR stereo samples: it seems to be the best thing to do, the other solution seems to be to work with 2 samplers and 2 RFX LOL :biglaugh: or buy an external multiFX for stereo samples  that's one of the good features of the e-mu ultra series: 8 to 16 outputs ...

Anyway, why not spam emu with some kind questions of making eos open source? Someone named David Anderson at E-mu (EMU.Support@customercare.creative.com) actually mailed me the lasted non-ultra os on two floppies the other day :)
