where can i buy empty ROM for 6400

I would like to buy some Flash ROM so that I can copy sampels and presets to it and then transfer the ROM i made to my MP7 so that I can make it utilize other sounds besides its factory presets


where can i find this type of ROM?

any leads...thanks

Ebay...they are few and far between and I think the last one sold for something like $350
