E4R

Postby JeffB63 » Fri Jan 26, 2007 11:37 am

I was just trying to transfer some banks from my E5000 Ultra to my E4K and was unable to load them into the E4K due to the presence of sequences (which I didn't need anyway).

When I deleted the sequences and re-saved the bank it saved as an E4R bank which is not recognised by the E4K.

I rather stupidly re-saved this over the original bank.

Any ideas as to how I can make it readable by the E4K (it still loads into the E5000 fine)?

The bank contains a rom preset/s and possibly also rom sample/s. You need to export the preset/s and sample/s to disk and then reload them. The next time you save the bank it should be a normal bank.
