Had a very similar problem and it was the flashprep disk that I ran onto my e4XT to get a nu EOS on the machine. You may not do this if you have something like 4.5 or newer (don't know the exact version).

Had my EOS reflashed and then it worked (well more or less).

If you still want to replace your PSU then you might contact http://gccomponents.co.uk/home.htm as they're a UK distributor of PowDec PSUs (you need a UPN65-32)...

Please be aware that you have to change the power connector to a Molex 09-65-2108 without mixing up the pin assignments!

I don't know. I just did a search for PowDec products in the UK as I know which PSU is needed for the E6400U with RFX...

Aha, this has been bugging me for ages, I've had the replacement UPN65-32 psu sitting here for ages but didn't know how to connect it. Can anyone shed some light on how to change the Molex connector?

Pfew, it's been two years since I replaced mine and I'm not really longing to disassemble the whole thing again to have a look

I think I had at look at this spec sheet as well as the one for the original (sorry, don't remember the model) and reconfigured the wiring. I recommend you double check the pin assignments by measuring the voltages just to be sure...

Hope this helps,
