In general, Firewire-SCSI and USB-SCSI interface don;t play well with samplers due to the fact that they don't actually present themselves to the operating system as SCSI devices. This means that using SCSI sample dump software to transfer samples to your sampler would be out of the question.
Having said that, however, physically writing to the HD "may" actually work provided you use something that can write to EMU formatted drives. Unless you have your HD formatted as FAT volume (which I think the Ultra range can do - I don't own one so I don;t know their specifics. Perhaps one of the others here can comment on that aspect) in which case you cvould possibly do it directly from your PC (assuming you are not using a Mac).
One option would be for you use Translator and a Zip drive to achieve the same goal. Place the Zip drive in series with the sampler and, using Translator, write the data to a Zip disk from the PC than read it in to the sampler and save to the internal HD that way.
