At the very least E-MU is obligated to fix the random panning bug as it is apparent in all OS versions.

Certainly possible.... I'm just tired of THINKING, I wan't some clear answers! :???: ... According to the tech-help that I wrote with on Email, EMU did get some banks and info, but obviously not enough! .... everyone who has these bugs, and have not yet given EMU the info they asked about earlier in this thread should really try and do so, because I don't think anything will happen until.... Damn! I would surely like to get some response on this forum from EMU about this mess!

Razmo...

I refuse to believe EMU has been unable to reproduce the random panning bug. It is a total cop-out to put the burden on their customers.

I totaly agree! ... It's just what they told me, and thus it's worth a try, but as you, I also find it hard to believe that they cannot do something about it now! ... That is why I want a clear answer from them, as I get the feeling of beeing laughed at behind my back by EMU! ...

I really don't think anything will come of this "silent complaining" about it... it won't happen unless they are forced to do it I think! ... they have to be threatened either legaly or PR wise before they do anything...

Well... I just wrote EMU that I want them to take my RFX back, and either refund it, or replace it with other products of my choice in the same price-range. I've had it with this RFX! ...

Well, my concern is that it seems there are far fewer people who give a damn about their buggy RFX anymore. most people must be using EMU X by now.

anyhow, i'm wondering how much help we will have anymore.
some months ago, there was a whole group of a dozen or more who were all pissed and motivated.

can people start chiming in who are still upset with this problem?
i wanna know what we got on our side.

Just an idea for the petition; Ask each participant to include the criteria EMU originally requested concerning the random panning bug; serial number, date of purchase, etc. in the petition.

I think the ease of filling out a petition will cut down on the laziness factor.

Also, I wonder if any magazines would be interested in writing a blurb about the petition (once it has been created).
